I didn’t set out to write a book.

I set out to create something I wish I had when I was younger.

A gentle place to rest.

A reminder that sensitivity is not a flaw to fix.

A quiet voice that says:

You are not too much.

You are not alone.

You belong exactly as you are.

You Are the Sky began with a simple question:

What would it feel like to move through the world with a little more kindness toward ourselves?

This book is for sensitive souls and the inner children we are still learning to care for.

Coming soon. 🌅

✨ COVER REVEAL ✨

After a year of writing, illustrating, revising, and reflecting, I’m finally ready to share the cover of my next book.

🌿 You Are the Sky
Rest • Reflect • Reconnect

This book is an invitation to slow down in a world that often feels too fast.

Through gentle reflections, nature-inspired imagery, and moments of pause, it offers a place to breathe, reconnect, and remember the quiet strength that has always been within you.

A reminder that:

🌿 Your feelings are not flaws.

🌿 Your sensitivity is not weakness.

🌿 Your quiet is powerful.

🌿 You are not too much.

🌿 You belong exactly as you are.

I created this book for sensitive souls of all ages—and for the inner children we are still learning to care for.

I can’t wait to share more in the coming weeks.

For the past many months, I’ve been quietly working on an illustrated book called You Are the Sky: Rest, Reflect, and Reconnect.

What began as something deeply personal slowly grew into a gentle companion for sensitive and overwhelmed humans of all ages.

It’s a quiet book about belonging, overwhelm, rest, gentleness, and remembering that we do not have to become smaller in order to belong in this world.

The final illustrations and layout are now coming together, and it’s beginning to feel very real.

Hoping to share more soon. 🌿

Denver woke up to snow in May today.

Looking back at the warm spring days just before Bear passed on the Spring Equinox somehow makes them feel even more meaningful now.

Life changes quickly.
Seasons do too.

Grateful for every moment in the sun.

Today, I danced for 90 minutes — ending right at noon — to welcome the New Year as it arrived in my native India.

A simple act.
A moving body.
A reminder that joy doesn’t require permission.

As we step into 2026, my hope is that we keep dancing —
through uncertainty, through challenge, through whatever life brings —
not because things are easy, but because movement keeps us alive and connected.

May we keep choosing motion, presence, and joy.
✨ Happy New Year ✨

As this year draws to a close, I’m holding a simple prayer for all of us:

May we move more gently —
with ourselves, with one another, and with the living world we share.
May we choose presence over pressure, compassion over habit, and awareness over fear.

This season isn’t about perfection.
It’s about remembering what truly matters — and allowing that remembering to guide how we live, how we eat, and how we care.

Wishing you peace, warmth, and renewal — now and in the year ahead. 🌿✨
