There was something incredibly special about holding space for this experience.
Two brothers came to Costa Rica for a short journey of healing and connection. As someone with siblings of my own, it was deeply moving to witness them soften, become vulnerable with one another, hold space without judgment, and truly listen. Watching them witness each other’s growth was a beautiful reminder of the power of connection.
Their journey included The Synchronizer—a private one-on-one holotropic breathwork session combined with a microdose of psilocybin, M**A, or a carefully considered combination of both. They also joined one of my group breathwork sessions, allowing them to continue deepening their experience together.
This August, at the Transform and Rise Retreat in Costa Rica, I’ll be guiding participants through holotropic breathwork, a psilocybin medicine ceremony, and a variety of other evidence-informed and experiential practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself, heal, and step more fully into the life that’s waiting for you.
