More importantly, people learned about Lighthouse's mission and our programming, which focuses on maternal mental health, social-emotional learning at Highland Park Central, and urban renewal research.

Join us this week for our Virtual Parent Support Group as we create space to process trauma, reflect, and reconnect in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

We’re also honored to welcome Aliya Austin, who will share a brief, practical presentation on sleep support for children (4 months–5 years). Her approach centers on evidence-based, personalized strategies that help children build independent sleep routines, because rest is not a luxury, it is essential for the whole family.
