Snoring Isn’t Always “Just Snoring”
Occasional snoring can be normal.. but loud, frequent snoring combined with pauses in breathing may be a sign of sleep apnea.
Common symptoms include:
😴 Loud snoring
😴 Waking up gasping or choking
😴 Morning headaches
😴 Daytime sleepiness
😴 Difficulty concentrating
Sleep apnea is common, treatable, and often diagnosed with a sleep study.
If these symptoms sound familiar, don’t ignore them. Seek help!
