CONGRATULATIONS, SUE!!
60 classes in 60 days… (even if it meant doing 4 classes in one day to make up for a snowstorm 😂)
This is such a short blip of time… tremendous commitment & discipline… with such transformation in both mind & body…
Huge return on investment… this we know!
Being alongside you in your practice is a true gift. We are so HAPPY to see you every day and witness all that you are doing!
Sue told me when she started…
“I’ve had multiple hip surgeries… some went wrong and had to be redone… back pain… hip pain, really hard time moving sometimes… I either let it get worse and rely on scooters and wheelchairs or I get back in here and change that!”
It was not easy… we cried a couple of times! (for a moment) When she started… when improvements happened she wasn’t expecting… days of no pain or less pain or a posture happened that wasn’t accessible before… it is really, SO FUN! ✨
Today, 6am, 60th class in a row:
a student asked her, “so what’s one new thing? Or feeling since starting?”
Sue said:
“Well, 60 days ago I was using the pole to stand up and balance. Using the pole or wall to help in the standing series. I wasn’t completing the standing series, often. Now, I am, and im not needing to use the pole… I grabbed my foot in standing head to knee for the first time EVER today! So that happened. A lot has happened.”
She feels better, moves better… She feels better while she moves.
And this is HUGE!!!
60 days really flies by!!! It’s SO FAST!
