Yoga in the Park is back for August!

Join me every Friday at 9:00 AM at Alden Depot Park on beautiful Torch Lake for an all-levels, donation-based community yoga class.

Bring your mat, water, and a friend. We’ll move, breathe, and start the weekend surrounded by nature.
