We want to extend our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences many of you experienced this week during our transition to our new office location.

As part of our move, we encountered unexpected issues with our phone and internet services. Unfortunately, this prevented us from receiving phone calls and caused disruptions with our telehealth appointments. These technical difficulties also resulted in longer wait times and delays throughout the week.

At Gemini Health & Wellness, patient satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand how valuable your time is, and we are truly sorry for any frustration or inconvenience these issues may have caused.

We are happy to share that our phone and internet services are now working properly, and we are back to providing the level of care and communication you deserve.

We have some exciting news to share!

Because of the incredible growth of our practice, Gemini Health & Wellness is moving to a new location in Piqua, with our doors opening August 3rd!

This move is an exciting milestone for our team and, most importantly, for our patients. Our new office will provide a fresh, modern, comfortable space designed to better serve you. Our new location offers a single-level office designed with your comfort and safety in mind. With no stairs or elevators to navigate, the space provides easier access for patients of all ages and mobility levels, making every visit more convenient and comfortable. We’re looking forward to continuing to provide the compassionate, high-quality care you’ve come to expect—now in a space that allows us to grow right alongside our amazing patients.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our patients, families, friends, and community. Your trust, encouragement, and loyalty have helped us reach this incredible milestone, and we are truly grateful to each and every one of you.
