SPRING REINS of LIFE / Horses, Humans & Healing 501c3 We provide equine-assisted psychotherapy for groups of trauma survivors in New Jersey.

Spring Reins of Life (SRoL) is a 501c3 volunteer run nonprofit organization. We utilize the international Eagala Model to provide EAP services in a group format for moderate/severe trauma survivors. Eagala EAP is solution focused and incorporates the assistance of horses guiding the therapeutic process toward emotional growth and healing. Our program is a team approach which includes licensed ment

al health professionals, certified equine specialists, and horses with capacity to work with individuals who are struggling with PTS(d). This is a ground-based modality as there is no riding involved and no previous horse experience required to benefit. Since opening our arena gates in 2012 our team of 2-legged and 4-legged professionals have helped thousands of trauma survivors in New Jersey find a place of peace. Our programming services are free of charge to groups of qualified candidates, please contact us for more information. Programming services are made possible through public and private funding. Additionally, SRoL partners with local organizations and nonprofits who also serve trauma survivors and want to incorporate EAP as part of the services available to their clients. This past year has had some surprises, yet as we navigate we are so excited to be hosting a weekend Operation Horse retreat in New Jersey at the end of this summer. Exact dates will be set once we can confirm the event. SRoL hopes to host a 3 day retreat in late September or mid October 2026 in Blairstown NJ. We have veterans who are interested in attending. All we need now is support from the community to make it real. SRoL's Operation Horse has been serving those who have served in NJ since 2012. We took on an endeavor in Virginia this year to expand services, yet some paperwork debacles have gotten in the way and so we are eager to make a weekend for Operation Horse here in our home state. We do need your support to raise the funds for this event. Would you please consider making a donation and sharing our post?!? $25 will add up to our retreat happening this summer and we will post updates so that you know it happened. This year will be different. We moved to Virginia in September, with the goal of expansion. A lawyer in VA mis-registered SRoL and so we are NOT in Virginia even though we are! To remain in the Horses for Mental Health 2026 campaign and provide support in awareness - we are hosting an Operation Horse Veterans weekend retreat in NEW JERSEY end of the summer. Please help us to do this by contributing.

Thank you to BUDDY!💛 And to LLouieTheSinger♥️ for attention to this years’s campaign!. This year SRoL is participating for a specific reason. We want to raise 5400$ for some legal fees and a full weekend Operation Horse veterans retreat in NEW JERSEY this coming summer. 🙏🏻♥️
