more plants, more grounding, more intention 🌿

Repotting plants always feels like a reset to me. Loosening what’s been stuck, making space for growth, and trusting that something will settle in even better than before.

Lately I’ve been needing that reminder myself… that it’s okay to pause, reset, root back in, and rebound in my own time.

Little shifts, gentle care, and a bit more intention can change everything 🤍

Before you even walk through the door, I’m taking time to ground, clear, and intentionally prepare the space for you.

Aerial yoga offers support while helping you explore strength, balance, and deeper stretches in a new way. It’s playful, grounding, and a beautiful way to reconnect with your body.

My classes are gentle and deeply restorative, no swinging acrobatics here.I teach Aerial Yoga on the third Thursday of each month. (This month we’re meeting today instead!)

A few things I want you to know about me as your massage therapist 🤎

Massage is what I do, but who I am outside the treatment room shapes how I show up for my clients. I’m someone who appreciates slow, intentional things like caring for animals, crocheting, baking sourdough, and creating little moments of calm in everyday life.

That same energy is what I bring to my sessions.

My goal isn’t just to work on muscles. It’s to create a space where you can breathe, soften, and reconnect with your body.

I’m officially beginning to offer monthly yoga classes and I couldn’t feel more ready. Yoga has been a deeply personal practice for me, and bringing it into my work feels like a natural extension of how I already support rest, healing, and nervous system regulation

Yin Yoga - Starting in March every Tuesday from 6pm-7pm. ✨ The second Tuesday of every month is free to attend ✨

Yin yoga focuses on slow, floor-based postures held for longer periods, allowing you to gently stretch deeper tissues while calming the mind. This class is open to all bodies and experience levels. You will need to bring a yoga mat and any supportive props such as bolsters, blocks, pillows, or blankets to help create a supportive and comfortable experience.

Cloud 9 Restorative Aerial Yoga - Monthly on the third Thursday from 7-8:30pm

This restorative aerial yoga class is a deeply relaxing practice that combines the gentle support of an aerial silk hammock with restorative yoga postures. You’ll experience the sensation of being weightless as the hammock supports your body, allowing you to release tension and improve flexibility without strain. Expect slow, gentle movement, long-held restorative shapes, and plenty of space to soften and rest. This class is perfect if you’re feeling overstimulated, exhausted, or simply craving a sense of being held.

My free Tuesday class is full for February but starting in March I will be having Yin every Tuesday at 6pm with the second Tuesday being free to attend. I still have availability for my Cloud 9 class in February! You can sign up at the link in my bio 💛

“You cannot do it perfectly. Let this be a relief.” This gentle reminder is something I’ve been telling myself a lot lately. After being diagnosed with OCD last year it’s really made me come to terms with perfectionism and imposter syndrome.

I think social media also plays a big role in the idea that we must be perfect but in reality how often are people showing up as their authentic selves on here? I could have recorded this video over and over again but this was my raw reaction to this affirmation today.

Authenticity is very important to me and it’s always been my priority to show up this way to my clients 💛

As we welcome in the new year slowing down, listening, and caring for the body, mind, and spirit feels more important than ever. This work continues to remind me how to move with presence and to honor what each body carries into my space.
