Today is World Mental Health Day, a time to recognize the importance of mental well-being while continuing to encourage education, awareness and open conversations around mental health.

Take some time today to do something that supports your well-being - whether that’s taking a walk, tending to the garden, chatting with a friend, enjoying a favorite activity or simply setting aside some quiet time for yourself.

And while today serves as an important reminder, supporting well-being matters year-round. Our residents’ daily programming is guided by the Six Dimensions of Wellness, creating opportunities to support the whole person through connection, purpose, emotional well-being and more.
