After several years in school and experience in the Personal Training field Frank found his calling promoting health to seniors. In a vrey short time Frank began to see
just how much difference could be made in the lives of the aging popultion by using exercise and proper nutrition as a means to combat so many issues that surface
later in life such as, high blood pressure, back pain even diabetes and more serious issues see tremendous benefits from implementing exercise and proper nutrition.

Recliner chairs can increase the risk of injury!

We do not like them for most clients; these chairs become too complicated and challenging for them.

Consider the space around a recliner and the depth if you decide to get one; this helps your seniors to be able to move and get up more easily!

Be careful with what your senior uses❤️

Don had a stroke, so he needs help moving from one chair to another.

He fears falling over when trying to move or bend down to stand up, despite his upper body strength being proper!

Frank was not letting that fear take over and helped Don build trust in him to help transfer him and get him to move.

This is why we do what we do. Helping them see they CAN do these things 💚

The health of your heart can be improved by a better diet and MOVING.

No one is ever too old, or too far along, to start protecting their heart.

Small changes, big impact. Ask us how we build heart-healthy movement into every session. 💚

We were blessed to be a part of Pershing Manors Open House today. The morning was a little cloudy and rainy but the sun came out and so did all of the visitors. We are proud to partner with Jessica & Senior Care Management.

Most seniors in Assisted Living don’t need a group class. They need someone who actually sees them.

One-on-one corrective exercise programming is one of the most powerful tools we have for helping residents reclaim independence, reduce fall risk, and rebuild strength they thought was gone for good.

Here’s why it works 👇

If your facility has residents who’ve been written off as “too far gone” for meaningful improvement, we’d love to show you what’s possible. Comment below or send us a message to learn more about our one-on-one programming.
