Guided by Somatic Practitioners Hannah Demuth and Katt Townsend, LCSW, TIYT, you’ll learn practical tools from Somatics and Internal Family Systems to:

✅ Release tension and emotional overwhelm stored in your body.
✅ Feel more grounded, present, and supported—every day.
