The 325th MDG will be closed Friday June 19th, for the Juneteenth Federal Holiday and will resume normal operations Monday June 22nd.

While our facility is closed, the Nurse Advice Line (NAL) will be available if needed at 800-874-2273 / 800-TRICARE.

Tyndall Public Health Advisory: The Bay County Florida Health Department has issued a beach water advisory following routine testing that detected elevated levels of f***l indicator bacteria at three local beaches. Please refer to the attached flyer for the specific locations affected. The flyer also contains a link where you can monitor ongoing test results and verify when these beaches are cleared as safe for swimming.

The 325th Medical Group is excited to announce the relaunch of Q-Anywhere, our prescription remote activation system, on Monday, May 4th!

This system allows you to activate prescriptions without having to wait on phone lines and two-way communication with the pharmacy.

The check-in kiosks are still available for in-person activation requests.

The attached brochure provides information for returning and/or visiting beneficiaries from overseas to the United States on how to access health care. Unless or until enrollment is switched to a CONUS TRICARE region, care is covered/coordinated by international SOS. To avoid being billed/charged for medical care, returning/visiting beneficiaries must switch/update their enrollment to a CONUS TRICARE region.

The 325th MDG Radiology/X-Ray Department will be closed for walk in services on Wednesday, February 25th and Thursday, February 26th for maintenance.

Radiology will resume normal operations on Friday, February 27th.

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on Jan 30, 2026. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
