A few new classes are coming up this September and October, and each one explores a different piece of natural health and healing.

September 22nd | The Art of Herbal Medicine
Learn the hands-on art of working with herbs—from infusions and tinctures to lotions and salves. We’ll also explore the heating and cooling qualities of herbs, how preparations can be tailored to individual needs, and the traditional practice of planting and harvesting with the moon phases.

October 6th | Polarity: The Healing Current
Explore the body through the lens of polarity and its relationship with the natural magnetic forces around us. This class introduces magnet and polarity therapy techniques traditionally used to support balance after stress, emotional trauma, accidents, or injury.

October 13th | Informed Immunity
A deeper look at vaccines, environmental exposures, and approaches used in traditional natural health practices. We’ll discuss common claims and concerns surrounding vaccination and environmental toxins, along with herbs, homeopathy, essential oils, and other supportive approaches.

All three classes are online from 6–7 PM CST | 7–8 PM EST.

📣 Class Schedule Update!

I've made a few changes to my upcoming class schedule and wanted to share the updated dates.

One of the things I love most about natural health is that it teaches us to look beyond symptoms and begin understanding the deeper messages our bodies are trying to communicate. Whether it's through nutrition, emotions, or energy, the body is constantly working toward balance and healing.

This summer, I'd love for you to join me as we explore these topics together.

June 18th • Minerals: The Building Blocks of Human Health

Could your dis-ease be connected to a nutrient deficiency? Minerals are involved in nearly every function of the body and help create an environment where health can thrive. In this class, we'll explore why mineral deficiencies are so common, how they may contribute to imbalance, and simple ways to support your body's foundation naturally.

June 25th • Flower Remedies: Healing the Emotional Roots of Dis-ease

Our emotional health and physical health are deeply connected. In this class, we'll explore how flower remedies can provide gentle support during times of stress, overwhelm, grief, fear, and emotional growth.

July 9th • Food as Medicine

Food has the power to nourish, heal, and support every system of the body. We'll discuss practical ways to make healthier choices, better understand food labels, and use nutrition as a foundation for long-term wellness.

📍 All classes are live on Zoom
🕡 6:30–7:30 PM CST

I'd love to have you join us. Feel free to invite a friend who might enjoy learning alongside you!

✨ Exciting Life Update! ✨

I’m so happy to finally share that I’ve accepted a position at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education!

This is such a big step for me as I continue working toward finishing my doctorate, and I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter.

Here’s what my new weekly rhythm will look like:

Mondays & Tuesdays – I will still be working with all of my remote clients (in the U.S. and worldwide, as always!). Services include—but are not limited to—Emotion | Body | Belief Code, Natural Health Evaluations, Muscle Response Testing, Light Healing Touch, Doula Support, AO Scans, Food Decoding, Health Coaching, and more.

Wednesdays – At NITE, I’ll be taking clients for Emotion | Body | Belief Code, AO Scans, doula support, and other natural health & energetic modalities.

Thursdays – I’ll be at the Embassy of Life Mastery (ELM) for Veterans Sessions, organizing the library, and supporting the Emphasis Program.

Fridays – I’ll be doing graphic design and advertising work for NITE and ELM, helping bring their missions to life in new ways.

I’m also stepping into a rebrand and will be launching a membership program very soon! Inside, you’ll find:
• Live and recorded classes
• Education on homeopathics, herbs, vitamins, minerals, flower remedies, essential oils, womanhood, family care, and so much more
• Support in learning to align with nature’s cycles and tune into the wisdom it offers
• Recipes, workouts, and holistic wellness resources
• Recommendations for clean products and clothing
• Directories to help you find trusted practitioners
…and so much more to come!

📍 For my in-person Iowa clients, I’ll be sharing an updated quarterly schedule soon. I’ll be available at Dr. Pitts’ office on Thursdays, select Fridays this summer, and occasionally on Saturdays if needed. In-person sessions will be offered on a quarterly basis or on select, pre-scheduled dates to be announced.

🌱 As I prepare for this big move to become a Michigander, I just want to say thank you for being part of my journey. My mission has always been to educate and empower you in your own health—and that’s only growing from here.

Please stay tuned, and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions! 💛

Today a client said something that really stayed with me:

“Coming to see you is like going to church. I don’t always understand it all, but I can feel the shift and have faith that it’s working.”

That meant more to me than I can fully put into words.

Before every single session, I take time to quietly ask for guidance with the highest intention for every client. I am not the healer—I’m simply a facilitator, gently supporting your body as it returns to alignment in the way it already knows how. Your body holds incredible wisdom. Sometimes it just needs a safe space and the right nudge to tell the story of why it moved out of balance, so it can fully process and release.

Whether I’m working through Emotion/Body/Belief Code, CranioSacral Therapy, Light Healing Touch, Reflexology, Muscle Response Testing, or other modalities, I am constantly in awe of how creative and intelligent our Creator is.

It’s an honor to witness these shifts. And I feel deeply grateful to be on this path as I continue my journey toward becoming a naturopathic doctor.

Thank you to every single person who has trusted me to hold space for you. 🤍

Cloves may be small, but their impact on health is powerful. In this post, I break down the science and traditional wisdom behind cloves — including their role in supporting digestion, immunity, blood sugar balance, liver health, and cognitive function. I also share an easy way to use cloves as a daily tea for gentle, consistent support.

Every year, I share the products and tools that truly supported my health, home, and practice—not trends, not quick fixes, just what proved itself over time.

This year’s list reflects a mineral-first, nervous-system–aware, detox-supportive approach grounded in both physiology and energetics.

Some links are affiliate links. I only share what I personally use and trust.
