This National Assisted Living Week, we're celebrating the moments that make each day meaningful, whether it's a familiar face, a shared laugh or a small connection that turns a place into home.

Thank you to our Senior Living Solutions team, along with our community partners, caregivers and families, whose everyday compassion helps residents feel truly at home. ❤️

What happens when your nurse and the CEO join you on the field for your first pitch? For client Haley, it was a memory she will never forget.

As an advocacy champion for Hearts for Home Care, Haley was invited to throw the first pitch at a the Wilmington Blue Rocks baseball game. She was joined by her sister Hope, who also happens to be her nurse, and our CEO Bryony Winn.

Thank you, Haley, for using your voice to advocate for others who rely on home care. ❤️

This Direct Support Professional (DSP) Week, we're celebrating Katie and the difference she made for Ryan. When Ryan shared that he didn't feel safe, Katie listened. She didn't just hear him, she took action, connecting him with his therapist and Supports Coordinator so his concerns were heard and addressed.

Because Katie listened and advocated, the county secured emergency respite care for Ryan, and today he's in a residential placement where he's safe, supported, and thriving.

Stories like this are why we celebrate DSP Week. Katie listened when it mattered, advocated when it counted, and helped change a life. Thank you Katie and all our habilitation technicians for showing up every day for the people you support. ❤️

As we prepare for the 43rd Annual BAYADA Regatta, we're spotlighting the rowers ready to race down the Cooper River.

Meet Carlos Santory. Before joining the Philadelphia Fire Department six years ago, Carlos served as a combat medic in the US Army. In 2025, he was hit by a car, an accident that led to the amputation of his left leg. Recovery was painful, and Carlos took it one day at a time. His occupational therapist encouraged him to try adaptive sports, which led him to the Philadelphia Adaptive Rowing club, and a new passion was born.

Today, Carlos is back on the job and out on the Schuylkill River, rowing regularly with his club. We're inspired by Carlos' strength and determination.

Cheer on Carlos and all the other rowers on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 9am-3pm at the Camden County Boathouse in Pennsauken, NJ. 🚣

Finding a community you belong to matters. Our PRIDE Employee Resource Council attended the Charlotte Pride event, sharing smiles and resources with the community. They were ecstatic to hear that many people were already familiar with our services.

We're grateful for moments like these. ❤️

We asked our nurses what they loved about their job. The answers moved us and are a great reminder of the powerful impact home care has on not only our clients but also the nurses providing the care. ❤️

Listen to their "whys" and drop the reason you love your job in the comments!

New backpacks, new folders, and a few health screenings were provided in local communities supported by our Racial Ethnic and Diversity employee resource council. Members rolled up their sleeves to volunteer, helping children in these communities feel ready for their first day of school.

Huge thanks to UrbanPromise and Conquerors Community Development Corporation for letting us pull up a table at your Back to School events this year. We're so grateful to be part of it. 🎒❤️

Some days stay with you long after they’re over. ❤️

Jackie Clark, Chairperson of the ABLE Employee Resource Council, and Keri Huneycutt, a member of the PRIDE ERC Leadership Team, spent a Saturday volunteering at Wings of Eagles Ranch, a camp for people of all ages and abilities.

From horseback riding and nature trails to singing, dancing, sensory activities, and water games, the day was filled with connection, joy, and plenty of smiles.

This was their third time volunteering with Wings of Eagles, and they’re looking forward to continuing the relationship. They may have left tired, but they left with their hearts full. And sometimes, those are the days you remember most.

Did you know that October is Fire Prevention Month? Here's some tips from the American Red Cross to keep you and your loved ones safe!:

❗Install smoke alarms on every level of your home, inside bedrooms and outside sleeping areas.
❗Test smoke alarms every month. If they’re not working, change the batteries.
❗Talk with all family members about a fire escape plan and practice the plan twice a year.
❗If a fire occurs in your home, GET OUT, STAY OUT and CALL FOR HELP. Never go back inside for anything or anyone.

Please take some time for yourself this weekend to fill your cup up!
