hello community and friends,

I am excitied to share our newest offering, heart-to-heart, a monthly open virtual women’s empowerment group for the helpers.

ABOUT heart-to-heart:

This is a non-clinical group (not therapy, a supportive space for connection) and an open group (an ongoing group that remains open to new members at any time).

Think of this space as your mental, body & spirit check in. This space is for teachers, social workers, helpers, artists, writers, and caregivers, the brave hearts and passionate souls who have chosen the path of healing, not just for themselves, but for the collective. The cycle-breakers who also need space held for them.

Each group will begin with intention setting and a somatic practice to drop us into our hearts.

This is a space to be in community, to be witnessed, and also to witness others on their own journey.

To secure your spot sign up with the link in my bio. I am happy to connect if you have any questions. ❤️‍🔥

Dariela 🌹

Our grief is our love that feels lost and doesn’t know how to exist anymore.

In my practice, we often talk and hold space for grief. We practice (each session is just that, a practice), listening to our grief and in doing so learn how to tend to our grief and the grieving body.

Coming home to ourselves as daughters of immigrants is a griefy loving journey home. Our untold stories are also our family’s stories...and our ancestors’ untold stories.

When we name and give space to what has been stored, we give ourselves the choice to choose differently.

And so the grief that has been stored becomes the love that leads the way as we live a life that honors and respects our past.

WIth love,

Dariela 🌹

Your emotions are not here to harm you; they are here to guide you.

If you are feeling lost on how to give space to rage, here are some somatic practices to support you on your journey:

>rock back and forth and connect with your inner child through music, meditation, or journaling

>deep breathing while placing your hand on your heart- practice presence with yourself

>talk about it, use your voice. Suppressing the rage keeps it in the body; expression is medicine.

>gather in community & give space to what is moving through you.

> participate in community events like town halls, protests, etc

>call your senators.

With love,

Community, 2026 marks six years of Planting Seeds Somatic Therapy, where each session is a return home to the body.

Planting Seeds Somatic Therapy is a soft place to land, a space where daughters of immigrants can take off the armor and reconnect with
themselves.

Throughout the years, I have been weaving & crafting with the intention of creating and grounding an approach to therapy that not only centers us, but also respects us, our cycles, our ancestry, and
our expression.

The BODY-honoring path is an integrative, holistic approach to therapy for daughters of immigrants. This approach integrates somatic therapy, womb health education, intergenerational trauma healing, and depth psychology.

This path is the path of wholeness & remembrance. 🌀

Stay tuned to learn more about the BODY-honoring path and the new offerings coming to Planting Seeds Somatic Therapy in 2026!

With love,

Dariela ❤️‍🔥

My mom often says “recordar es vivir,” to re-member is to live.

Forgetting however became a way of survival for many of us.

My journey back home has reconnected me back to my body, the land and my ancestry.

I would often say that when my brother died he took a part of me with him, through somatic care, body storytelling and ancestral healing I found that part of me that I believed to be gone forever.

The journey home is slow, soulful healing. It is caring and loving- an act of revolution & ancestral reclamation.

May we remember ourselves home & honor those who came before.

With love & gratitude,

Dariela ❤️‍🔥🌹

Every season of our lives transforms us. As I step into a new season of my life, I am stepping in with deep gratitude for my past selves.

I share this today because I have been inspired by those whom I serve. Lately, we have been reflecting on our past selves and how, in the end, we saved ourselves by choosing love.

The grief is real, and so is the love.

May this season of our lives bring us back to our hearts.

And may you welcome yourself home, at your own pace.

With love & gratitude,

Dariela 🌹

Healing and remembrance are cyclical. 🌀
Honoring the grief that comes up is a part of the process and the cycle.

Slowing down allows us to integrate the lessons from the past season while also honoring the intentions of the season we are stepping into.

Life is not a race, it is a journey- a journey home.

With love,

Dariela 🌹
