Current Vibes Energy & Wellness I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan as well as being Licensed in Florida and South Carolina for Telehealth only Counseling.

I am also a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, Reiki I and II Attuned Practitioner and a Certified Sound Healer. I started a journey to a healthier lifestyle in 2020 when I started eating clean and incorporated daily Yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
