It causes major dysfunction (sort of like Chron’s disease but rarer and less known treatments), chronic gut inflammation, major malabsorption, and has completely hijacked my quality of life.
I’ve had C. diff, I’ve done the meds and all the fda approved therapies —and the one thing that actually worked?
💊 F***l Microbiota Transplant (FMT) — yep, p**p pills.
I got one in 2023 and it literally saved my life. Back when the world was saner and this treatment more accessible.
Now I need another, but thanks to FDA ‼️red tape and insurance being trash, this life-saving therapy is only available privately (and even so if very hard to find)—and costs $7,000 out of pocket.
Each pill costs $75, and I need 70+. Per round and likely this will be on-going
