With 8 years of nursing experience in CVICU, progressive care, home health & hospice, Kate brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others.

Outside of work, she loves the beach, working out, cooking, reading, spending time outdoors, and golf cart rides with her husband & dog. 🐾🌴

Her passion is helping people feel their best through nutrition, exercise, wellness, and healthy habits.
