I’ve been doing this for 10 years now! I am so grateful for this fitness format that had cared for my heart as a muscle and a soul. Priceless Contributions

We are honored to feature Dr. Rosa Ketchum for her contribution to our community. Dr. Rosa can be seen teaching and sharing her light all over Bartlesville. From leading Sunday school classes, to YMCA exercise classes, she is a teacher through and through. She was also a huge part of creating the FIRST Doctoral program for OKWU. She is brilliant and all who cross her path are better for it!

It’s Ash Wednesday and God is good. I am so glad that I serve a real person who changed the world with a real historical event!
I love that in this season of my life relearning how good the good news is! That the focus is Jesus, He is the cornerstone and foundation. The rest points back to that.

🎉Happy New Years!

✍🏽With the onset of a new year, we tend to think about resolutions. We created a to-do list of all the things we need to do to change our lives and health.
✍🏽Many of us make grand goals that have the promise to transform our lives, but often they go unmet. In fact many people give up by the second Friday of January, 43% of people give up by February and only 9 % of people are successful in keeping their resolutions for the entire year.
📋While resolutions may not “work”, I do believe that setting realistic health goals with the support and accountability of a holistic nurse coach can be meaningful. There is power in accountability as well as support from a registered nurse with a background in health and fitness.
