One thing I HAD to do while visiting Colorado…
�Workout at Red Rocks Amphitheatre 💛

The views were absolutely unreal…�and the steps?

WAY higher than they look 😂

Training at that altitude hit different — every set felt more challenging, but in the best way.

Getting to experience it with my brother made it even more special 🤍

Stronger After Baby is a 6-week, small-group program designed to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, and feel confident getting back to workouts.

Led by a pelvic floor physical therapist, this is hands-on, guided support — so you’re not guessing what your body needs.

✨ Starts the week of May 5�✨ Just 4–5 moms per group�✨ Baby-friendly (or come solo)
