A great day, great company, and a few impressive swings! Our Leadership Appreciation event at Topgolf was one to remember! ⛳✨

From friendly competition on the bays to plenty of laughs in between, it was the perfect way to bring our teams together and celebrate the incredible leadership across our organization.

We loved seeing everyone connect, unwind, and enjoy a well-deserved day of fun.

The Alden Avengers took on another race! 🏃‍♀️💙

Our team had a fantastic time participating in the annual ABC 7 Gibbons 5K Run/3K Walk, an event we proudly support each year. It’s always an incredible experience coming together to raise awareness and show our support for such an important cause.

We’re honored to represent the Davidson-Brin chapter of the Leukemia Research Foundation and to be part of a community dedicated to making a difference.

International nonprofit officially launched its program in Huntley with an opening day ride featuring residents of Alden Estates of Huntley! 🚲

We’re wrapped up January by celebrating our Employee of the Month, Maria Guzman! 🎉

Maria is a dedicated CNA on our third floor who has spent many years providing exceptional care to our dementia residents. Her gentle spirit, compassion, and genuine love for those she cares for does not go unnoticed. Residents and families alike absolutely adore her.

Maria was celebrated with lots of love, smiles, and well-deserved gifts as a small thank-you for the big difference she makes every single day. 💐

Skilled Nursing Care Week Spotlight🌟

This week couldn't be more excited to celebrate the amazing people who are the heart of our community. Today we're proud to feature Carl Eichhorst — a man whose life has been filled with adventure, activity, and meaningful connection.

Carl worked as an industrial engineer and spent much of his life traveling — especially to national parks and mountainous areas. He loved long road trips, biking in the mountains, and staying active through sports and even disco dancing!

Carl also enjoyed movies, and spending time with others. He fondly recalls his marriage as a positive time in his life.

Today, Carl remains actively engaged in our community. He looks forward to socials, events, and outings — always bringing a friendly spirit and love for life wherever he goes.

We’re honored to have Carl as part of our Alden community.

Our residents had a fantastic time celebrating Valentine's day! The day was filled with heartwarming activities, laughter, and delicious treats as everyone celebrated together. Love was in the air and it was the perfect way to spread joy and create lasting memories!

We had an amazing time celebrating all of the work and dedication our staff has put into creating a warm and comfortable environment for our residents with an Open House where we had the chance to show off the beautiful updates!
