As part of Sparrow, the MAC is committed not only to helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals, but to supporting wellness throughout our community. More than 150 cardiovascular exercise stations including Precor a

nd Nautilus treadmills, StairMaster equipment, including Stepmill Gauntlets, Precor EFX elliptical trainers, Precor CLM Climbers, Precor upright and recumbent bikes, Concept II rowers, Cybex Arc trainers, Cybex Total Body Arc Trainers, Precor AMTs (Adaptive Motion Trainer), and Technogym Cardio Waves. At each station you can enjoy your own TV screen with options for cable TV, music stations and radio stations. One of Michigan's longest indoor tracks with three full lanes, five laps/mile, and a cushioned Olympic surface. A cycling studio with 29 Kaiser M3 magnetic resistance bikes and two group fitness studios with shock-reducing Bio-Cushion floors. The 8500 square-foot strength training area offers an extensive array of state-of-the art equipment and the four pools include a 25-meter lap pool, 25-yard lap pool, dedicated water aerobics pool and a leisure pool with giant 200 ft. We have 10 indoor tennis courts and 4 outdoor courts (domed from October - March for indoor play) plus racquet courts for Handball/racquetball, Squash, Pickleball (featuring eight dedicated courts in our outdoor tennis complex) plus a championship basketball court and a high school regulation basketball court. Amenities include locker rooms, pro shop, on site dining and Kids Klub child care.
