We're Hiring! Omni Family of Services is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join our Team.

The COO will be responsible for translating the strategic vision set by the OFS President/CEO into day-to-day operational excellence across all service lines and subsidiary entities. The COO serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, ensuring operational alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent delivery of high-quality, trauma-responsive services.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, or a closely related field required. Master’s Degree (MBA, MPA, MSW, or related) strongly preferred.

* Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in human services, behavioral health, child welfare, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role overseeing multiple programs or entities
