I’ve spent years behind the chair learning my craft as a hairstylist and colorist, and years learning about herbs, creating products, and growing Earth Body and Love. Somewhere in between being a wife, a mom, and doing everyday life, I’m slowly building something that means a whole lot to me.

And here’s the thing about supporting a small business—you don’t always have to buy something.

Sometimes wellness isn’t another supplement, another thing to do, or another thing to fix.

Sometimes it’s stepping outside, slowing down, watching a little family of javelinas wander by, and letting your body remember that it’s okay to just be for a minute. 🌿🌵

Nature has a beautiful way of bringing us back into the present.

Get outside. Feel the sun. Put your feet on the earth. Watch the wildlife. Take the slower moment when it finds you. 🤎

This was my view while I sat with a book and did absolutely nothing else. 🌲🤎

Oak Creek Canyon, the sound of the creek below, my family nearby, and nowhere I needed to be.

We spent our 16th anniversary weekend at Junipine Resort, and honestly, these quiet little moments were my favorite part. Sometimes slowing down really is the whole point. ✨

There’s something about seeing whales in the wild that makes everything else go quiet for a minute. 🐋

No aquarium. No glass. No schedule. Just us out on the ocean, watching these incredible creatures surface right beside us. Moments like this are exactly why I’m always drawn back to the water—it clears my head, resets my perspective, and reminds me how much beauty there is in creation.

Give me the ocean, salty air, and a little adventure and I’m happy. 🌊🤍

Nothing fancy… just a big tray of fresh fruit disappearing one little handful at a time. 😂🌿

I’ve been trying to keep simple, colorful foods washed, cut and ready to grab because when the easy choice is already sitting there, it actually gets eaten. And apparently snack time tastes better when everyone can pick their favorites. 🍓🥝🍍🍎

Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s fresh food, movement, sunshine, herbs and doing the little things consistently. 🌿
