🚨 Your body might be trying to tell you something… and most people ignore the signs until it affects their energy, mood, sleep, and weight.

If you’ve been:
😩 Exhausted no matter how much you sleep
🍩 Craving sugar constantly
🧠 Overthinking everything
😰 Feeling stressed or anxious for “no reason”
⏰ Waking up between 2:30–4AM

…it may be time to pay attention to your gut + stress health.

Your gut and brain are deeply connected — and when your body is out of balance, symptoms start showing up everywhere.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to recognize, support, and stand with the millions facing mental health challenges every day.

To those who are struggling: you are seen, you matter, and help is out there.
To the providers, caregivers, and advocates: your work does not go unnoticed. The compassion and energy you give—even when it’s exhausting—changes lives.

One in five people experience mental health challenges. That means this isn’t “someone else’s issue”—it’s all of ours.

Let’s continue to show up for each other, speak openly, and build a culture where no one has to suffer in silence.

Stop the Stigma and Get Real About Your Brain!

Listen up! Dr. Buzz Mingin here. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re cutting through the noise. Your mental well-being isn’t just a "nice-to-have"—it is crucial for your survival and success. If you wouldn't ignore a broken leg, don't ignore a heavy heart or a racing mind.

It is okay not to be okay. Asking for support isn't a weakness; it's a sign of strength. Let’s normalize the struggle and get to work.

Dr. Buzz’s Rapid-Fire Tips:

Talk Openly: Open your mouth and share what’s going on with someone you trust.

Prioritize Self-Care: Find what brings you joy—nature, music, whatever—and do it.

Get Professional Help: Don’t wait; reach out to a therapist or counselor to get the right tools.

Stay Connected: Lean on your tribe to build that resilience.

Prioritize Sleep: Stop cheating yourself and get those 7-8 hours of rest.

The Bottom Line: Small daily wins lead to massive life changes. You are not alone in this fight!

You think you’re buying organic… but most people are getting tricked 👀

Next time you’re at the grocery store, check the sticker on your fruits & veggies.
If it starts with a 9 👉 it’s actually organic.

No guesswork. No marketing tricks. Just a simple code most people ignore.

Once you see it… you can’t unsee it 🧾🥦

Save this before your next grocery run 🛒
Send this to someone who thinks they eat “clean” 👀

You’re not tired because you need more sleep.
You’re tired because your body is stuck in a constant cycle of spikes and crashes.

We’ve been told to eat 3 meals a day…
but what if that habit is exactly what’s draining your energy?

Try this shift for a few days—
and watch what happens to your focus, discipline, and drive.

Comment “ENERGY” and I’ll send you the exact routine ⚡

LISTEN UP. 🧠💥It’s April, which means the rest of the world is talking about "Autism Awareness." But at my practice, we don’t just want you to be aware that autism exists. We want you to understand the neurobiology of it and start building the proper scaffolding so our kids and adults can actually perform!

We’re talking about brain-based differences—not deficits. If you want to see a change in behavior, you have to look at the precursors: sleep, diet, gut health, and how that brain is wired to process stress.

Acceptance isn't just a "nice feeling." It’s an action step. It means:
1️⃣ Stop trying to fix the person and start fixing the environment.
2️⃣ Create realistic schedules and healthy boundaries.
3️⃣ Hold yourself accountable for learning how their brain actually works!

I’ve seen it a thousand times—when we stop being reactive and start being proactive with the right clinical support, these individuals don't just "get by." They CRUSH it.

🚀Let’s stop the talk and start the work. Who’s with me?

Then suddenly—it’s all fried, sugary, and impossible to resist.

This isn’t random.

Once you understand this, your choices change.
