Patient Spotlight: "T" 💪

When "T" first walked into our office, he was dealing with neck pain, hand numbness, and sciatica that was affecting his everyday life.

Just one month into care, he's already reporting 80% relief and says the biggest difference has been in his neck and shoulders.

What makes his story so meaningful is the life he's lived. As a longtime wrestling and powerlifting coach, he's spent years helping others grow stronger while staying active himself. But even the strongest bodies need maintenance.

Your body is built to move—but years of hard work, lifting, coaching, and everyday life can take their toll. Taking care of your spine isn't about slowing down; it's about making sure your body can keep up with the life you want to live.

We're honored to be part of T's journey and can't wait to see the progress he continues to make!

If you're dealing with neck pain, numbness, sciatica, or just know your body isn't moving the way it used to, we'd love to help you discover what's possible.

🌟 Patient Spotlight: Hailey 🌟

When Hailey first came to our office, she was facing a major decision. She had severe bunions on both feet that were already causing early hammertoe changes in every toe. The recommended surgery was extensive—breaking every toe and placing steel rods in each one. That's a lot for anyone, especially someone so young.

Before moving forward with surgery, we took a different approach.

Instead of focusing only on her feet, we looked at how her body was moving as a whole. We found that restoring proper hip alignment was a key starting point. Your hips influence the position of your knees, which affects how your ankles and feet strike the ground with every step. When those joints aren't working together, extra stress is placed on the feet over thousands of steps each day.

By improving her alignment and movement patterns, we gave Hailey's body the opportunity to function the way it was designed.

Today, Hailey is walking without any foot surgery and is back to doing the things she loves-- being the best active mom with her kids and being the best membership director at the YMCA!

Go Hailey!

🌟 Patient Spotlight: Zach 🌟

Working with Zach has been an absolute pleasure.

A veteran, Zach was exposed to an RPG blast during his military service. Like many veterans, he's faced challenges that extend far beyond what most people can see. One of the ways he continues to move forward is through cycling—a passion he shares with his father, who is also a veteran. Now, Zach is passing that tradition on by teaching his teenage daughter, making bike riding more than just exercise. It's a way to connect across generations, build memories, and help manage the effects of PTSD.

After back surgery, Zach found that follow-up care through the VA was taking longer than expected. That's when he came to our office. Together, we've focused on restoring and protecting his low back while improving the curve in his neck so he can continue riding without numbness, tingling, or pain.

The results speak for themselves.

Zach has completed multiple 100-mile cycling events, and these photos are from his recent 75-mile ride, which he completed in just 5½ hours.

Stories like Zach's are why we do what we do. Chiropractic care isn't just about reducing pain—it's about helping people get back to the activities that give their lives purpose and meaning.

Zach, your determination is inspiring. Thank you for your service, and thank you for trusting us to be a small part of your journey.

You're a stud, Zach! 🚴🇺🇸💪
