Responsibilities include:
1. Supervising daily clinical operations
2. Ensuring adequate staffing to accommodate appointment scheduling
3. Communicating processes and initiatives with clinical staff
4. Collaborating with operational management other clinic directors
5. Monitoring and tracking KPI’s and clinical performance
6. Maintaining regular patient schedule outside of dedicated management time
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist with at least 3 years experience in Outpatient settings
Familiarity with general neurologic diagnoses, post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation Proficient in basic manual therapy techniques
Basic understanding of CPT codes, revenue cycle management, and outpatient therapy key performance indicators.
