- 1 drop Basil Essential Oil
- 1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
- 1 drop Fractionated Coconut Oil

Mix and rub on the side of the ear and down the jawline, up to 5 times a day.

- 2 tbsp unrefined sea salt
- 2 drops Basil essential oil
- 1 drop Rosemary essential oil
- 1 drop Thyme essential oil
Mix and sprinkle on food
