If you find yourself constantly putting others' needs before your own, feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions, or struggling to set healthy boundaries, you're not alone.
Mended Roots is a supportive, therapist-led women's group designed to help you understand the roots of codependent relationship patterns while building healthier relationships—with yourself and others.
Who Is This Group For?
This group is ideal for women who:
Feel emotionally exhausted from always taking care of others
Struggle with people-pleasing or fear disappointing others
Have difficulty setting and maintaining healthy boundaries
Feel responsible for fixing or rescuing others
Lose themselves in relationships or caregiving roles
Experience anxiety, guilt, or shame when prioritizing their own needs
Notice repeating unhealthy relationship patterns
Grew up in emotionally unpredictable, neglectful, or dysfunctional family systems
Want to increase self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience
Are ready to heal attachment wounds and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships
What You'll Learn
Over 7 weeks, you'll gain practical tools and deeper insight through:

✨ Building healthy boundaries without guilt
✨ Identifying and changing unhealthy relationship patterns
✨ Strengthening self-worth and self-compassion
