We are excited to welcome Kristina Petersen, PhD, APD, FAHA to the faculty!

Dr. Petersen is an associate professor in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at Pennsylvania State University, where her research focuses on the diet-related prevention of cardiometabolic disease. With over 130 published peer-reviewed journal articles, she brings an exceptional depth of expertise to our stage.

She will be presenting "Clearing Up the Confusion about Seed Oils and Healthy Fats" as part of our 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines session.

The Journal of Clinical Lipidology is honored to announce the promotion of Associate Editors Dave L. Dixon, PharmD, CLS, FNLA and Raul D. Santos, MD, MSc, PhD to Deputy Editors of the JCL.

Both Drs. Dixon and Santos have been instrumental to the JCL's growth and success, and we could not think of two more deserving lipid experts to take on this next chapter of JCL leadership.
