Wellspring Meditation's home base is located in the Thousand Islands, New York. Kristen Taylor, founder of Wellspring Meditation, offers group meditation sessions as well as private instruction and is a Certified Chopra Center Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor. The most direct and effortless way to experience inner silence is through meditation, a tool to rediscover the body's own inner intel

ligence. Meditation restores our memory of wholeness and invites us to realize we are original and bountiful sources of infinite creativity and possibilities.
