Join us at Yoga Fest —a day filled with movement, sunshine, community, and a little bit of magic on the Summer Solstice, International Day of Yoga, and the Happy & Healthy Wellness Studio’s 4th Birthday! 🎉

From 108 Sun Salutations at sunrise to Sunset Power Yoga, we’ll be flowing, stretching, breathing, playing, meditating, and celebrating all day long. Come for one class or make a day of it! 🧘🏼‍♀️

There’s strong…and then there’s Amy Kline strong. 💪🏼

From sweaty solstice celebrations to sunrise subbing, Amy joined the teacher team last year and our schedule hasn’t looked the same since. Her calm and steady presence helps keep us happy + healthy. 🫶🏼

Here’s when you can flow with Amy this summer:

☀️ Rise & Shine subbing various Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15am
☯️ Yin Tuesday nights at 6pm
🌀 Yin/Yang 4th Saturday at 10am
