The Healing Den is a cozy, welcoming space for relaxation, connection, and personal healing. We offer Reiki, Access Bars, crystals, and other supportive tools to help you restore balance and well-being. This space was created in loving memory of Toni and her Reiki Rocks shop, and it is our way of continuing her spirit of kindness, healing, and community. Owner Jess LaClair is a Reiki Master and certified Access Bars practitioner. While I work full time and regular walk-in hours are limited, appointments can be scheduled to accommodate your needs. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-near) energy healing technique that helps promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Access Bars is a relaxing session where 32 points on the head are lightly touched to help release stress, quiet the mind, and let go of thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may no longer serve you. My vision for The Healing Den is to create a peaceful place where like-minded people can gather, share, and experience different healing modalities together.
