We help with so much more than just latching and positioning.

We are board certified lactation consultants and have a ridiculous amount of additional education and training in supporting babies with tongue ties and other oral tissues, and supporting these babies post release when needed.

We are also infant feeding specialist and are trained to help you with bottlefeeding, no matter what’s in the bottle.

We have extensive training and experience in helping with latching pain and damage, pumping including getting that perfect fit because it should be painless, positioning your baby, making feeds faster and easier, and overall making this time of life easier for you and your baby.

Jess is additionally trained in supporting twins, providing clinical herbal guidance, babywearing, providing guidance to improve maternal and infant sleep, and maternal mental health support is a big focus of our practice.

We offer prenatal appointments that provide education and one on one q&a with continued support and access to our online class, all within a one hour appointment often covered by insurance.

We take most insurance plans ✔️

I swear I didn’t forget y’all 🫣 I just ended up with a full afternoon of patients, a call from one of my kids’ schools 🙄 and then jiu jitsu and yet another open house. Being a mom is just SO MUCH some days!

We provide resources and education on safe, biologically normal maternal and infant sleep, and work to find a unique solution for each mother and baby with the goal of at least a few 4 hour stretches of sleep within the first week postpartum. Yes, I know this goes against all the modern advice about building a healthy supply etc.

I also know that postpartum depression has everything to do with sleep deprivation, and in our practice, we believe that women should not suffer.

Sleep matters. Mental health matters. YOU matter.

If you need help finding a safe solution for sleep and infant feeding, we are a safe and informed space. We will listen. We have additional training in infant sleep and holistic sleep coaching. And we have extensive training in perinatal mood disorders and supporting mothers with trauma and ptsd. We believe a mentally healthy mother is the most important part of this season of life.

And if you just need a hug or someone to confide in or talk to, we are that safe space too. Text us, stop by.

It's the gap between what we expect and what actually happens, especially when that gap is filled with exhaustion and no support.
