If you have never been certified in CPR-AED-FIRST AID or it's been over 2 years then you need this class! Having the knowledge to save a life or manage the most common medical emergencies is invaluable! We are also including Life Threatening Bleeding in this class.

If you have taken one of our CPR courses, you may have heard us mention the LUCAS devices. We tell students all the time to push hard when giving compressions, people are typically worried about injuries to the patient. Well, this device isn't worried about it and it shows what real proper depth looks like (also rate!). Don't worry about it, if you are doing CPR on someone, push HARD and FAST (100-120 a minute aka 2 a second and at least 2" depth for an adult). You could save a life by doing it correctly!!!!
