A great day, great company, and a few impressive swings! Our Leadership Appreciation event at Topgolf was one to remember! ⛳✨

From friendly competition on the bays to plenty of laughs in between, it was the perfect way to bring our teams together and celebrate the incredible leadership across our organization.

We loved seeing everyone connect, unwind, and enjoy a well-deserved day of fun.

The Alden Avengers took on another race! 🏃‍♀️💙

Our team had a fantastic time participating in the annual ABC 7 Gibbons 5K Run/3K Walk, an event we proudly support each year. It’s always an incredible experience coming together to raise awareness and show our support for such an important cause.

We’re honored to represent the Davidson-Brin chapter of the Leukemia Research Foundation and to be part of a community dedicated to making a difference.

Skilled Nursing Care Week Spotlight! 💙

We’ve had a fun week celebrating Skilled Nursing Care Week with games, activities, and themes that highlight the beauty of the staff and residents who make our facility so special.

Meet Lynette, our Activity Aide at Alden Debes! With 40 years at Alden, Lynette’s journey began in the laundry department before finding her passion in activities. She brings joy and energy to each day, creating meaningful moments for the residents she serves.

From leading morning stretches to sharing laughs while listening to residents tell jokes, Lynette finds her greatest reward in the smiles she helps create. She shares, “It makes me happy knowing we’re making their day and giving them something to look forward to. It makes me feel good, like I’m making their day—it brings a smile to my face.”

Her warmth and positivity brighten our community, and we’re so grateful for the joy she brings every day. 💛
