The Centre for Muscle Therapy Therapuetic massage and bodywork, cupping therapy , neuromuscular therapy. CFMT is no ordinary massage therapy practice. We specialize in overuse injuries.

The Centre for Muscle Therapy can assist you whether you are a competitive athlete or a general laborer dealing with pain from your job. Many of our clients have benefited from many types of therapies not offered by the mainstream massage therapist . Each therapy is custom to you and your body. We also provide rehabilitation therapy after a sports injury with a combination of massage and exercise and Active Release Therapy. Injury and the pain due to working conditions, a sport or a repetitive movement... all can be debilitating. Up with the sun!!!! I've started a exciting new path here... I've been offering TMJ therapy for several months, but when my dentist started referring clients for therapy I dug deep. Enrolled in a more extensive extension program, been doing alot of reading and studying.... discovered ( as usual) with our bodies, nothing is as simple as the pain you're experiencing. It's much deeper. I am now learning the whole body approach to TMJ pain. I hope you will follow along with me as I move forward on this exciting new addition to my practice.

Ive been shifting a little in my practice.. the world is a stressful, chaotic place.. im really moving to what I feel what clients need. Calm... reset.. gentle..but yet being a therapeutic therapist.. if your world is crazy and you can't seem to get to the calm place because of your pain. MAYBE ITS TIME TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!!
