Holidays are hard… I lost my brother in 2013 and it will always hurt. Every holiday that comes up is a reminder of him not being here. Life is so precious and so fragile. I encourage you all to cherish each day and hold onto the ones you love. I want everyone to know that you are loved and you are special… there is nothing that has happened in your life that can’t be fixed. You are worthy… and you have meaning… I know holidays are hard, a lot of us don’t have people to connect with and celebrate with. Please reach out if you need someone to talk to. We are always here for you ❤️

We’re starting our annual School Box Program today!

Project Semicolon School Boxes are ready-to-use awareness kits designed to help schools create a simple, welcoming mental health resource table for students.

Each box includes pocket resource cards, bracelets, pins, awareness materials, table signs, and a guide for school staff and counselors.

The goal is simple: make it easier for students to find support, take what they need, and be reminded that their story is not over.

Schools will be able to be nominated, and supporters will be able to help send boxes where they’re needed.
