Physicians Premier Cibolo ER was proud to help welcome SCUCISD teachers and staff back for an exciting new school year at last week’s Convocation events at Steele High School and Samuel Clemens High School

We loved being part of this special kickoff alongside Superintendent Paige Meloni and the SCUC ISD Education Foundation celebrating the incredible educators who make such a difference in our community every day.

Our team brought a little PremiER spirit to the celebration with fun swag, words of encouragement, and some amazing raffle prizes — including a Kate Spade purse filled with Premier Back-to-School essentials*👜✨ and a Teacher Back-to-School Survival Kit packed with goodies to help start the year strong!

Ready, Set… what a SUCCESS! 🎒📚✨

Missouri City, you truly showed up and showed out for our Ready, Set, School celebration at Physicians Premier ER Missouri City!❤️💙

Seeing so many families come out, have fun, and get ready for the new school year made this event so special. We were thrilled to give back to our community with backpacks, lunch bags, school supplies, family fun, giveaways and more!

And the giving didn’t stop there! We were also proud to donate to Lunches of Love, helping extend the impact of this event beyond just one day. 🫶

A huge shoutout to Republic EMS, LTD. for joining us, contributing school supplies for our backpacks, and bringing Touch-a-Truck fun for the kids! 🚑

Most of all, THANK YOU, Missouri City! We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome you’ve given Physicians PremiER and for every family who spent part of their day with us. Being part of this community means so much to our team, and we’re just getting started. ❤️

This weekend, we were so proud to host KJ’s Lemonade Stand at Physicians Premier Saratoga, benefiting the Corpus Christi Fire Department!
KJ, daughter of our very own Kelly Danford, Executive Assistant to the CEO, wanted to find her own special way to give back and say THANK YOU to the local heroes who serve our community every day. And our Corpus Christi community showed up to support her! 🍋❤️
We loved seeing everyone who stopped by for a cup of lemonade, shared some smiles, and spent time with our local first responders. A special thank you to Corpus Christi Fire Department and Republic EMS, LTD. for joining us and helping make the day even more memorable. 🚒🚑
We couldn’t be prouder of KJ for turning a simple lemonade stand into such a meaningful way to support our community. 💛

Physicians PremiER Emergency Room Portland was proud to participate in the Gregory Portland Isd WIN Fair!
The WIN Fair brought together organizations from across the community to help local students and families prepare for a successful school year. A special thank you to Dr. Zachary Felke and NP Gary Calaway, who volunteered their time to provide student physicals, as well as Portland Nurse Manager Rhonda Nava and ER Tech Yvonne Rosales, who helped provide blood pressure checks. 🩺
We love seeing our PremiER team step outside the ER and give their time and talents to the communities we are privileged to serve. Thank you to Gregory-Portland ISD for allowing us to be part of such a wonderful event and help students start the school year healthy, prepared, and ready to succeed! 📚✏️

As another school year begins, Physicians Premier is honored to support the schools and communities surrounding our emergency rooms. 💙📚

At our Potranco location, Nurse Manager Julie Wheeler and Regional Marketing Director Jennifer Meachum had the pleasure of welcoming the incredible staff of Paul W. Ott Elementary back with a Chick-fil-A breakfast and celebrating new Principal Tammy Reyna.

Meanwhile, in Cibolo, we were excited to return to Legacy Traditional School - Cibolo to provide sports physicals for incoming student-athletes while welcoming new Principal Jacob Escamilla, whom we previously had the pleasure of working with during his time at Gregory Luna Middle School.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Trenten Martinez, Dr. Brian Kanatzer, Dr. Reed Flora, and Dr. David Le for volunteering their time, and to our outstanding team of RNs, Radiology Technologists, and PSRs, led by Nurse Manager Chris Saltmarsh, for making the event such a success.

Last week, leaders from across Physicians PremiER Emergency Room came together at the Marriott Sugar Land for our 5th Annual Leadership Retreat two days dedicated to learning, collaboration, and strengthening the relationships that help us better serve our patients, teams, and communities.

Throughout the retreat, our leaders participated in engaging sessions focused on communication, conflict resolution, leadership development, and building a culture rooted in our core values of Compassion, Integrity, and Clinical Excellence. We challenged ourselves with interactive team-building activities, friendly competitions, scavenger hunts, and plenty of laughter along the way.

A heartfelt thank you to our guest speakers, facilitators, organizers, and every leader who brought their energy, ideas, and commitment to making this retreat such a success.

And a very special thank you to CEO's Executive Assistant, Kelly Danford, whose event planning expertise and countless thoughtful touches made this retreat truly exceptional. From the seamless coordination to the personalized details that made every leader feel welcomed and appreciated, Kelly's dedication and hard work created an unforgettable experience. Physicians PremiER Emergency Room was honored to sponsor the CAMCOSA Cultural Festival & Back-to-School Event alongside H-E-B and the City of San Antonio - Municipal Government, and many other outstanding community partners.

With more than 700 attendees, we were proud to have Dr. Julius Ndi and Dr. Sam Simpson represent Physicians PremiER and connect with local families. One of the most meaningful moments came when former patients shared their positive experiences and express their appreciation for the compassionate care they received.

Events like these remind us that community engagement is about more than sponsorships, it's about building trust, creating lasting relationships, and being there when our neighbors need us most.
