"I toured this location in preparation for my mom’s discharge from the hospital. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Jeanette. Although it was evening and I randomly popped up, I was greeted with such warmth from Ms. Jeanette. She welcomed me into the facility and offered me seat while she requested the tour. Ms. Elizabeth is extremely kind and compassionate.

She took her time to walk me through the entire facility and showed me where my mom would possibly stay. She was very thorough, helpful and personable with the residents and I felt very comfortable with her. My mom just settled in yesterday and we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Vincent and Mr. Justin both of whom welcomed my mom into the facility.

There was warmth, patience and a bedside manner with the Westgate team that my mom and I really appreciated. While I was settling her in, everyone worked so hard to ensure that the residents’ concerns were addressed. I feel like she’s in good hands and I really appreciate the time everyone took to make us feel welcomed."

We are proudly celebrating the rehab success of our patient, John!
