Some waves are small. Others change everything.

For Meg Graves, living with lymphedema and cancer has meant learning how to navigate both.

After cancer treatment, lymph node removal, multiple surgeries, and recurring cellulitis infections, Meg has faced challenges most people never see. Yet through every setback, she's found a way to keep moving forward.

Her story is a reminder that lymphedema is more than swelling—it's a lifelong condition that affects daily decisions, routines, and quality of life.

As Meg says, the waves may still come, but she's learned how to find her footing again.

💙 Thank you, Meg, for sharing your journey with the NLN community.
