🧅✨ PICKLED ONIONS, BUT MAKE THEM A LITTLE MORE WHOLESOME ✨🧅

🙋🏼‍♀️I’ve been in my “if I can make it myself, I’m gonna” era… and these pickled onions are SO DANG GOOD! 😍

I made these in half-pint jars using:
🌿 Organic apple cider vinegar
🧂 Himalayan pink salt instead of traditional iodized salt
🍬 Evaporated cane juice instead of highly processed white sugar

❗️Simple ingredients, homemade, and SO much better than grabbing a jar off the shelf. 🙌

🔥Perfect on tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, bowls… honestly, I’ll put them on just about anything! 😂🧅

I’ve got a batch of these little jars ready to go! 💜

Made with apple cider vinegar, ginger & cayenne, these shots are one of those old-school wellness staples I love keeping on hand—especially during the colder months when everyone around you seems to be passing something around🤒😷

✨ Ginger for that warming, spicy goodness
✨ Cayenne for an extra kick
✨ Apple cider vinegar for that tangy, fermented goodness

I’m not claiming this is going to cure anything—but when you’re feeling a little blah & run down - this is the kind of little wellness ritual that can feel SO dang good. ❤️

Take it as a quick morning shot, add it to a glass of water, or keep a few chilled in the fridge for those days you want a little extra oomph.

My Kids Chest Salve is my natural take on the classic chest rub — packed with menthol, eucalyptus, rosemary, clove, wild orange, cinnamon + On Guard® to give those little chests some extra love when seasonal crud comes knocking.
