We will be replacing the rooftop unit on the Skilled Nursing side of the building this Friday, July 31st. Treasure Valley Refrigeration will be bringing a crane into our parking lot to do so. We ask that all employees and visitors park on the side streets on Friday, please. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is one of our capital expense projects for FY 2027 that we will be completing. Next up will be either a new wall in the Assisted Living dining room or split-level A/C in the kitchen, and replacing the swamp cooler that has been on the roof for many years.

GREAT NEWS!!! We have been working hard trying to secure a contract with Humana for our Skilled Nursing Facility for several years! We are happy to announce that, as of June 15th, we have been fully credentialed by Humana! We took our first Humana-covered skilled nursing patient this week!
