There is magic in stillness. ✨

Last night’s Mocktails & Vibrations was a beautiful blend of community, healing, and deep relaxation. In collaboration with the amazing healer , we curated a space to disconnect from the noise and simply be.

We sipped on mood-based herbal mocktails and submerged ourselves in the healing frequencies of a magical sound bath. 🌿🥣 It was a gentle reminder that we must pause and pour into our own cups before we can pour into others.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in this sacred space. My heart is full. Here’s to more moments of choosing wellness. 🤍
