BodyWorks Massage, LLC in CT I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005. I am also recently trained in Arvigo Therapy.

I specialize in therapeutic pain management, range of motion and post-surgical work, scar work, perinatal massage, TMJ relief, and abdominal therapy. Since 2005, I have offered therapeutic massage in a safe, comfortable setting, as well as massage cupping and Reiki.

As a health coach, one of the questions I often get is “How much protein do I need?”
Well, the average person needs 1 gram per pound of weight up to your ideal weight. Menopausal women? 1.4 grams!!

Next question: “How can I possibly eat that much protein?”
Here’s my breakfast, which averages 4️⃣0️⃣ grams of protein. 💥

Protein shake which is a blend of casein and whey proteins because it has the fast digesting proteins for immediate fuel and the ones that take longer to digest for sustained energy. I stay full longer.

I mix that with cold chai tea and 4 oz low fat milk. Add in my collagen powder, some fruit, and some plain, low-fat Greek yogurt.

Amazing taste, smooth creamy texture, full all morning! Plus protein? It’s a win!
