To Our Yellowhammer Weight Loss & Wellness Family,

We have some bittersweet news to share with our patients and community.

After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our Winfield location. Our last day seeing patients in Winfield will be Friday, August 28th.

This was not an easy decision, and we are incredibly grateful for the love, trust, and support you've shown us since opening our doors. It has truly been a privilege to care for so many wonderful patients, and we cannot thank you enough for allowing us to be a part of your health and wellness journey.

The good news is that this is not goodbye! We would love to continue caring for you at our Vernon location, which is just a short drive away, or through the convenience of telehealth for eligible visits. Our team will continue providing the same personalized care you've come to expect.
