Did you know July is UV safety awareness month? 🌞🕶️🧴👒

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy the sunshine but it is also the perfect time to protect your skin!!!

Here are a few easy ways to stay UV safe:
🌞 Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)
🧢 Grab a hat and UV-blocking sunglasses
👕 Cover up with lightweight clothing when possible
⏰ Try to avoid direct sun exposure between 10 AM and 4 PM
💧 Stay hydrated while you're out in the heat!

The summer heat is here, and staying hydrated is one of the best ways to keep your body healthy!! ☀️🚰🥵

Symptoms of dehydration:

💦 Increased thirst
😓 Dry mouth or lips
🤕 Headache
😵 Dizziness or lightheadedness
🚽 Dark-colored urine
😴 Fatigue

Remember to:

🥤 Drink plenty of water throughout the day—even if you don't feel thirsty.
🍉 Eat water-rich foods like watermelon, cucumbers, and oranges.
☀️ Take breaks in the shade or indoors during the hottest parts of the day.
