Our goal is to help mothers close DCFS cases and help women grow and thrive walk with the Lord in his victory

we serve homeless individuals transitioning from hospitals, institutions and other medical/ behavioral health facilities, as well as those at risk of hospitalization.

Our goal is to provide a sober, safe, supportive and structured home-like environment that offers short-term housing and individualized care, including clinical coordination and case management , to promote stable recovery and improved health outcomes.
