Message from Birchwood Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Greetings, We are currently in a COVID-19 outbreak. During this time we are limiting visiting hours. Please visit between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm daily. When visiting the facility please wear a face covering and wash your hands with soap and water or an alcohol based rub frequently.
